Top priorities:

1. This proposal leverages local churches partnering with nearby organizations to address immediate community needs. This includes social services, counseling, daycare, clothing, food banks, tutoring, job training, support for community service requirements, addiction and mental health groups, and collaboration with secular agencies to increase volunteers. Over time, this approach could help reduce state tax burdens.

2 . Harm reduction models vary across our district's local communities. As someone active on the streets weekly, I observe what works and what does not. We need stronger oversight of spending, real data on effectiveness, and clarity about what truly helps versus what enables.

3. Homelessness in the district is not illegal, but related activities often involve lawbreaking and negatively affect businesses. Crime may increase, and parks may become inaccessible to families, which is unfair to hardworking taxpayers, especially with high state taxes. As citizens of district 24, we can address this issue by uniting secular community programs and churches to find solutions.

4.School safety should be a funding priority for every public, private, tribal school, daycare, or special needs program. Safety must come first for children from preschool through 12th grade. All schools should receive physical security funds to strengthen their safety, thereby serving as a form of harm reduction.

I have many additional priorities and ideas, such as target auditing of government assistance programs and housing solutions that I am researching further and would like to share in detail. Please visit the contact page, email me, and let me know your top priorities.
